TUCSON, Arizona — Charlie Dennis came off the bench Saturday night and netted a pair of goals that nearly brought FC Tucson all the way back against Chattanooga Red Wolves.
Monday, Dennis earned USL League One Team of the Week Presented By Cleer Audio honors for his effort in the 3-2 defeat at Kino North Stadium.
Dennis entered Saturday night's game in the 53rd minute, and found the back of the net just eight minutes later to cut FC Tucson's deficit in half.
With time winding down, Dennis delivered the equalizer in the 85th minute.
