Franco Pérez notched a goal and an assist, while Jacob Crull’s assist on Wednesday and overall play helped earn the FC Tucson pair USL League One Team of the Week honors.
Pérez continues to contribute to Tucson’s late-season playoff push. The 23-year-old on loan from Club Atletico Aldosivi of Argentina’s Primera División, tallied a goal and an assist in Tucson’s tough 3-2 loss to Fuego FC on Wednesday before contributing with a pair of chances created and a trio of fouls won in his side’s win over Charlotte.
Crull accumulated in the most recoveries by a field player on the week, as the 24-year-old also helped Tucson to a win on Saturday and assisted Franco Pérez’s opening score against Central Valley Fuego FC on Wednesday.
