Open Tryouts: April 15th – 9am-11am & 1pm-3pm
Ages 16 and up | Kino North Sports Complex
The top trialists will get a chance to play the University of Arizona at Kino North Stadium in an exhibition match on April 29th.
“Edgar Reyna, our most capped player in team history, was a trialist at an open tryout,” Jon Pearlman said.
“We’re always looking for good young talent from the community, and our dream is to see them move on and have the type of success guys like Luis Robles, Donny Toia, Ricardo Velazco, and Justen Glad have had.”
Online registration is now open for $50 until April 14th. Players will be able to register on site the day of tryouts, but will have to pay $60. Each player will receive a free t-shirt and ticket to the match against Arizona.
FC Tucson is coming off the most successful season in club history, finishing 2016 undefeated on the road and winning a third consecutive division title before advancing to the National Semifinals for the third time.
Tryout will kickoff at Kino North Sports Complex in Tucson, Arizona.
Players ages 16-17: A parent or guardian will need to sign a release form at the tryout.
